a) 24/7 online monitoring of your PV system

Thanks to our modern energy management system (EMS), we offer you the opportunity to keep an eye on your PV system around the clock. Alternatively, we can also transfer systems that are already running via Solar-Log to our own Noordtec cloud.

Our monitoring service includes:

• Monthly reports: On the output of your PV system and possible curtailments (Redispatch 2.0).
• Annual reports: With a target/actual comparison of the performance of your PV system.
• Fault report: We will contact you when faults occur and offer direct solutions and appointments.

The monitoring service is available from as little as €120/year*, depending on the size of the system.

b) On-site service and maintenance work

Regular maintenance is the key to ensuring the longevity and efficiency of your photovoltaic system. We carry out maintenance work strictly in accordance with the specifications of VDE 0126-23-2 (DIN EN 62446-2) and ensure that your system is always in perfect condition.

Our maintenance services include:

• Checking the serviceability and functionality of your system.
• Inspection of visible damage and defects on the module surface, also with the aid of drone inspections*.
• Checking the effectiveness of the overvoltage protection for AC and DC.
• Check the protective devices against electric shock and electrically ignited fire.
• Inventory of the installation documentation and/or the overview circuit diagram.
• Preparation of a detailed PV test report with a detailed defect report, if required.

*The drone inspection is carried out by arrangement.

d) Load profile determination – measurement and control

If you do not yet have a recording load profile measurement, we can create this energy demand survey (continuous resolution of your electricity demand in 15-minute steps) for you on a temporary basis. As a result, you will recognize the power reserves of your connection as well as the supply potential of your existing PV system, e.g. by installing a battery storage system or upgrading the generator output if necessary.
