Documentation & handover
During project realisation, we plan the overall documentation in our technical office, we create operating/assembly/operating instructions, process plans, drawings and other documents. Our own IT infrastructure gives you access to your digitised and backed-up data at any time and any place.
- Preparation of system documentation according to customer requirements and applicable regulations
- Accompanying the PVI (inspection before start-up) with the ZÜS and calibration of the measuring equipment with the calibration office
- Providing your digital documentation on our cloud servers hosted in Westerstede
- Detailed instruction on your system and handover of documentation on initial operation
- On request, maintenance of as-built documentation during operation of the system
Online monitoring
We use various software applications for the online monitoring of our systems. The data is stored on our own servers located in Germany. This not only guarantees you maximum security, but also enables 24/7 service and response times of less than an hour thanks to clever communication between the system, technician and you as the customer.
