New LNG filling station for Westerstede-West
Soon, many modern, low-pollution #LNG-trucks will be heading to #Westerstede , to refuel in a more environmentally friendly way because today marks the beginning of the installation works for the #BioLNG-filling station in Westerstede-West.
The plant is owned by Novatek Green Energy with headquarters in Krakow, Poland, and operated by BarMalGas GmbH with headquarters near Berlin. NOVATEK plans to create an LNG filling station network for #heavydutytransports at important traffic points in Germany and Poland and will reduce the proportion of #CO2in its fuel by adding in waste-derived BioLNG.
Further Noordtec solutions are planned as follow-up projects on the property that sits next to the motorway, including a hydrogen filling station and e-charging stations.
