LNG (liquefied natural gas) is cryogenic (-162°C), liquefied natural gas. In the mobility sector, LNG is an impressive alternative to diesel fuel: Around 15% less greenhouse emissions, up to 70% less NOx emissions, a decrease of noise emissions up to 50%. Sulphur oxide and particulate dust emissions can be reduced by almost 100%.
